How can we send the medical questionnaire to the patient now via the app? We have always sent them immediately when the patient books in or we book them in. Please bring this function back!

We also need to be able to go through it with the patient during their visit to ask questions around their answers and confirm their consent. This is a vital part of the Clinician's safety procedure!

Also, our Clinicians need to be able to access the medical questionnaire forms from the app, as we use iPads in our clinic & they access it on their phones to check through before their appointments. Particularly as we are prescribing prior to the patients appointment. So, again need this function back urgently or we can’t see them prior to the patient arriving for patient safety. Thanks.
