I'd like to be able to offer my employees commission or a partial commission on no-shows, all workarounds presented are clunky and don't fit with our needs.

Defiantly the earned total commission should be part of the my numbers section even under the report should be there the commission detail by individual report too. This feature should be fully transparent to the employee to avoid any negative impression might the company want to hide anything from the employee.

Goals would be a great add on, and also allow managers to chose the date range of the goals so it works with our internal promotion system.

This would definitely motivate my staff to smash their targets if they knew actual numbers

Targets need to be clear and that will make a difference in performance. If I know that I still need to make only £100 extra to get a certain amount of commission I will be more focused in getting it
