I much preferred the old format, where you just clicked on a clients name in the diary and then could scroll up or down to see their history and future appointments along with notes for that appointment!

Now you have to go through several clicks to see notes and it just adds the date the note was made, but doesn't show what appointment the note relates too!! This is a massive pain and makes it very confusing!
