It’s extremely frustrating that you haven’t added checking clients out through the 2.0 app. I was still able to with the old one and that just recently stopped working.

I see all your saying, but then I select on file payment option and pay and it says failed that merchant accounts aren’t supported on the app.

Hi Shira. Checking out a client is available.
To do this:
- Tap the appointment in the calendar
- Tap Check-in / Pay
- Follow the flow to add items to the basket
- Select payment method
If you aren't seeing this, check you access permissions. These will be the same as the old app.

Phorest Product: I see all of that and it still says failed when you submit payment.
