I don’t like that I can’t see both names when I am double booked for hair. The whole text needs to be streamlined

Hi Rachel, great feedback!. There are calendar settings in the top right. Have you tried a single day view, or a 3-day view? They might work better for you!
Also you can set the number of staff visible at any one time, right now it seems you are seeing a lot of your team at once and this restricts the width of each column. Making the text size smaller makes it difficult to read for many people.
I suggest setting the number of staff on team view to 4 or 5, and set the calendar to 'Show my column first'. (Screenshots attached).

Here’s an example from another booking app I used. The 15min increments are smaller which is nice and you can see the full name and service
