Availability to block off the vacation

I would like to have a feature that allows to block off the employees vacation.
(Ex. Going home for 2weeks. Blocking off the 2week in advance)
Maybe give a calender so that we can block “from to”

Yes, I agree. There should be a check box, where you can preserve vacation time or time off, or any adjusted time. This is an issue, when creating a new schedule or adding to the schedule, it erases the time off.
