Appointment notes still difficult to access

I know it's been tweaked a little, but it's still so much more complicated to see past appointment notes and to add appointment notes. Was so much easier when could just click on the client in the diary and all appointments/notes and history were available all on that first screen, and you could copy and paste on that same screen too!!
The new app is great for all lot of things like rebooking appointments... So I'm using the new app for most things...
But when adding /accessing appointment notes I still use the old app to do this because the new one is too fiddley!!!

The old app is better to use on a day to day basis. It is more efficient in terms of time management

Hi all,
We will be releasing a fix this week regarding the pasting of notes. If you have your automatic updates on then your app will update with this fix.
We will be revisiting the notes again in the next few months so thank you for your feedback.

Phorest Product: not good enough. These tweaks should have been organised prior to release. The feedback page still directing to pafe 404 even though all this discussed with team.

The copy and paste isn’t working almost all the time for us… as a busy salon it’s so annoying
But I agree I don’t love the new change

my staff of 26 stylist agrees with you. very time consuming and frustrating navigating thru client information in 2.0. Did Phorest even consult with busy stylists before changing this ?

Tina ~: we are a clinic and it is so much more time consuming. We are back using the old app. We wouldn’t do this if it was better!! I agree Phorest should consult with end user before changing.
We find it so time consuming
- Photos much more difficult and slower to upload
- Very time consuming if you wish to navigate from notes to consent forms- photos- past notes. Have to move up and down and out of different screens
- This is making me consider changing to alternative such as timely or alternative Healthxchange
- What is the benefit of this for the end user as I fail to see it.
So annoying.
