Would be nice to customize when and how many confirmations you can send. my previous program allowed for two weeks before ( allowing clients who booked months ago to change and give stylist a lot of time to fill that spot ) then it did 2 days before and 2 hours before. the 2 hour feature really helped avoid people forgetting which unfortunately happens all the time . two weeks and two hours i feel are essential to protect revenue.

also i have had a few complaints from clients about having to click the link . in todays hackers no one likes clicking links . especially the older clientel . A lot of the programs just ask to reply yes or no to cancel .
