Sync appointments with calendar!

For both guests and service providers, can we have an option to add/sync appointments to our calendars? I spend a lot of time manually entering into my phone calendar so that my watch will have my schedule as well. Meevo and Vagaro do this. Even of you had email or text notifications, the date would be easily added.

It would be so helpful if Phorest shared with Google calendar so we using a personal calendar to organise kids personal life etc. You didn’t have to flick between two different calendars. You could see when you’re working and if you could squeeze a School interview in a swimming carnival rather than back-and-forth back-and-forth between two calendars.

I would love to be able to connect my Phorest work schedule to my Google, Apple, or Artful Agenda calendars. It would make looking at my upcoming month so much smoother to be able to have my work and personal life all together!!!

I would love to be able to sync my Phorest Calendar to my Google or iCalender. I have multiple jobs and it is constantly a headache not being able to sync life with ever changing scheduling between my calendars. Everyone at my salon wants this feature too. It’s the biggest drawback to your service vs others.

Hi! Last year when we signed up with Phorest we asked for calendar sync with Google calendar for individual artist. When is this feature will be added? In all our past booking app this feature is available but Phorest we’re paying so much more and this feature is not available. The same with message system on Phorest for client and artist.

10000% this is a must. Please. For entrepreneurs and salon owners. Not having this feature is a big issue and downgrade. The back and forth issues this causes is enormous.

I wish there was a way where I could have my Phorest schedule integrate into my ical on my iPhone. I have to go into iCal and manually enter when I'm working, so it woud be really nice to have it altogether.

Yes, on other apps like Vagaro, I was able to view my schedule as a provider on my watch. There is currently no way to sync appointments or view them on my watch throughout the day.
I do see that clicking the underlined date and time of the appointment will sync for guests! Thank you.

For the service provider, would the main purpose be to have the schedule on your watch?
For guests, there is a way to add to their calendar from the appointment booking email.
In Apple Mail on iPhone, dates and times are usually underlined. Tap it, then choose Add to Calendar to create the event. If it’s not underlined, press-and-hold the date/time text, then look for Create Event.
Would love to know if this works for your clients who are Apple users?

Phorest Product That works for me, but I think it would be nice if there was an option like I would get from a meeting invite or another type of appointment that says “add to iCal” or “add to google calendar”. It makes it easy to save the information quickly without having to take extra steps to create an event and potentially add additional information. It would be nice to include a reschedule/cancel link in the event so guests can easily click in the event and navigate directly from there. Everyone is looking for faster ways to to things, and this might reduce possible no shows.

Phorest Product it would be great to be able to sync our appointments to our calendars as a provider. Jane app does this, You’re able to take a link And subscribe to it in Apple and Google calendars
