Visible description on app

I would love it if the (see info button) on the app with the treatment description was actually visible instead of a tiny button that on one clicks on. Other companies have the description visable

Better description for services in online booking

Can we have the description of the service show up on the main screen when booking online. Not have to click the (see info) button. Clients aren’t paying attention to be able to read and make sure they are booking for the correct service.

Service description - Same text format as we writing at the online setting page.

I just recognise if we write under online page a service information / description it won’t viable at the same way at the actual user booking version. The text is becoming just an information text without any tabulator space. Looks very poor… :(

Some services really require more description to book correctly. The industry standard is to use a + sign to indicate there's more information available. We find that people ignore the symbol with the i inside the circle. It's a simple change, but I think it could make a bigger impact.

Is there a way to show the description under the service title without clients have to go to "see info". They don't look.

(!) See info information

Why can't the description for each treatment be underneath the name of the service instead of the (!) See info, as no one looks at it and constantly moans about not seeing it or being obvious. For me its tells my clients that they need to have a consultation and patch test prior to booking this service, which means i then have to contact the client and change everything manually and created more work for me.

In other platforms, the description for the service is automatically displayed w/o having to select the "more info" icon. This would be preferred so that guests are selecting the correct option more easily

Better online booking description for services
J

Online booking - On other booking sites for salons - the service description is easy to see and pops up when the select the service. For example - the service name is listed and a description of that service is listed also along with the cost. We have noticed with phorest online booking the service name and price are listed but to get the service description they have to hit a little button. Our stylist complain all the time about guests booking wrong color services and ask if we can have a description (which we do have) we just feel its not very noticeable. We feel all salons would benefit from this type of upgrade.

Booking online - treatments showing more info

There should be a drop down box for the treatments when clients book online. With every treatment offering there should be a drop down for info about the treatment - what it is, what it does, protocol. Some treatments clients have no idea what it is or what it entails. Having a name simply doesn’t make clear what or why they would have it. Ie platinum Microneedling ( info explaining what’s included in this treatment and candidates it’s good for)

Even a + sign instead of the (i) would help, as that's the acknowledged icon that sites use to denote an expanded description - or more information. We also need pop ups on specific services to prompt them to further actions. For instance, if they book a gel polish mani, a prompt should pop up to ask "Do you currently have gel polish on your nails? If yes, please choose the service Gel Polish Mani with Soak Off". It's not perfec t but it woud cut down on a lot of errors.
