Clients who have a gift voucher should be able to enter the code for their booking, rather than paying a deposit to then have to have it refunded on the day.

This is definitely a missing feature. So often we are double handling either a booking that could be processed online or refunding a deposit. Daily basis

This is essential as it wastes so much staff time calling/emailing clients back, doing refunds AND it without it, it looks unprofessional to clients who are often new to the salon.
