We have lots of clients wanting to book online that have a gift voucher for the full amount - is there a way they could add the voucher number to pay the deposit from - and if no show we redeem the voucher against the treatment?

When clients intend to use a gift voucher, they book and pay a deposit then want the deposit refunded. (We request 50-100% deposits) We still incur charges doing this. We've added a note on the important announcements section on the app warning people not to book online if they have a voucher, but we can't find a way to do this for online booking. If we could have a message when booking, like "If you would like to pay with a gift voucher, please do not book online, call xxxx" it would help a lot.

It would be much appreciated by many of our clients if they could use their gift cards to pay for items when they shop online or use it to pay for booking fee

Clients should be able to enter the voucher code on booking online for deposits, as they book on line, come in then we have to refund the deposit so they can use their voucher. Very time consuming and clients get frustrated.
They should also be able to buy courses on line.

This has been marked in progress for early 2025 - it’s now May 2025 - essentially mid year. Can we have a clear eta on this please phorest? We also still have gift card numbers from our old system. Will these also be useable? Or is there going to be a limit on the characters used? Please ensure this is user friendly as I’m certain we aren’t the only ones with this scenario.
