Hi there, I'm the manager of a kid's salon. the reoccurring concern about parent is complication - Hassel they are having while booking multiple appointments. As a busy parent need something that is fast and easy.

since starting with Phorest have seen a decline on booking-appointments. addition, would like to suggest in helping us make this cite (phorest) family friendly. I have express my concerns with our representative. The big issue is booking multiple appointments, with same account. The group booking is not friendly to most of my clients.

Better access to client's account; logs them out and cannot log back in. As well as, reviewing time and date of appointment.

Please reconsider my input.

Connect families so when booking online under the mom, she can pick her children that shes booking the appointments for. The mo also should be able to see future appointments for her children online. Please help

My clients are still not able to specify or book for family members such as their kids husbands or elderly parents- when will this be available

Client should be able to book with the same provider, for different time slots. We have many Families, Adult and Kids, that normally have their hair done in the same day and prefers certain staff, it would be great if they could do that without any hassle.

For example - parents adding children so they can just book their child in for a haircut instead of the booking going under the parents name. Or a carer.

We are finding that Phorest does not allow for one email address to be used for multiple people. This presents a major issue especially when it comes to the families we see when parents not only book appointments for themselves but also their children. It does not seem to give the option to attach one email to more than one person, so the appointment is then made for the wrong person. This is a logistical nightmare for the front desk. Creating a new email for each person, let alone a child, is not realistic. Is there a solution for this?

Allow profiles to link the same mobile number but with different named online booking accounts

Online Booking profiles are getting mixed up because the wrong client name is being booked.

When two clients are linked with a mobile number, when the linked client goes to book online the main client (the client with the mobile number on their profile) is booked in.

For example mother Mary's mobile is linked to daughter Rebecca. When Rebecca goes to book online, even though her online booking account has her own name it is linked to the profile of Mary through the linked number. This then leads to confusion in the diary as it looks like Mary is booked in when it is actually Rebecca.

Hey, when my clients try to book two kids haircuts in for the dame day it doesn't allow them . A lot of my clients have more then one child so i was wanting to make a suggestion to possibly change this. Thank you.
