Tweak to the online bookings for linked clients

When a client books and has the same email address as their son/daughter/family member the system does not tell them or let them pick their name or the person they want to book in for... the system just allows them to book (thinking its their name) then sends them a conformation that has not use their name but their family member with the same linked email.
This results in clients emailing the salon saying they have been booked under the incorrect name and as they have paid a deposit means we (our salon) cannot change the booking over to the correct client without refunding the deposit as it wont allow the deposit to be switched over.
Clients with young children are not going to use different emails for their kids as it is the parent who needs to know the booking and reminder.
I would like to suggest that a drop down of the linked client names with the same email address could be shown at time of booking so the client could pick their own name or the name of their child/ family member they want to book for.
Also when a client books online and wants to book for a family member to come in at the same time with a different stylist, it simply shows on the system as 'person 2' this needs to changed to have the second persons contact details.
