Turning Off Services Online per Stylists

We need a turn on/off button for services we don't want booked online under certain stylists. It would be nice to select under each stylist what services we want them to be bookable online. Most of our stylists can do pretty much all the services we offer but some don't want clients to be able to book certain appointments online but rather have them call the salon and book directly.

Currently, we only allow setting a staff member qualified for a service - both online and in-salon. Salons want the ability to differentiate e.g. let the staff offer that service in-salon but not online.

We have a stylist who does color services but does not want to have them available to be booked online but still wants to accept other services online.

I have several stylists that would like to keep their online booking free except for certain services, aka allow booking for cuts but not colors. Or allow all services but no new color clients via online booking. We've tried using the repeat clients only option, but that closes down their entire schedule unless logged in and has caused a lot of confusion.
