When a client books a gel removal and gel manicure/pedicure the removal often gets booked as the second treatment (after the manicure/pedicure) even when booked first. Our salon coordinators do the removal so is a real issue and we can’t sometimes do it, so have to call the client.

Can this be fixed by always booking the treatments in the order they choose?
