Allow for mandatory First time client consultations & service notes in online booking

When we book a new client, we need to learn about them before performing services. Therefore we need to book additional time to their appointment so we can give them great service. It is also a big help to know something about the person's hair before hand (super thick, super curly, bad home color, etc). We put it on our website and Phorest has helped and added a note for the guests to add a first time consultation which is great but some people don't notice it.

There needs to be an option where a salon can block people from booking online until they've had a consultation/patch test. I know there's the patch test section that stops people booking online in the time period of the patch test but I feel like it could be stricter.

I 100% agree!!! The option should be to request an appt with a message that a staff member will confirm. THis will remove last minute - new client appointments. We, as salons and stylists, must control our schedules, NOT the client!

We would love to be able to send a specific consultation form to first time visit guest only. It would also be great if consultation forms would automatically update into their client card without having to go into every single form and push it through.
