Stop clients being able to keep rescheduling as many times as they want

Businesses should have a choice in settings to allow clients to reschedule once, twice, three times or to keep rescheduling as long as they are outside the cancellation period. At the moment the system is allowing clients to keep rescheduling as many times as they want and their deposit just jerks carrying forward. This is really annoying as they are blocking the calendar

We are finding quite a few serial resceduelers and I feel that some clients are starting to abuse the freedom to be able to move their own appts themselves. I’d like to see a feature or something maybe we can setup in the settings where it caps how many times a client can Resceduele their own appt online or even possibly a pop up in salon Aswell if an appt has been rescheduled say more than x amount of times. At present we have a few clients who are repeatedly rescheduling their own appts and they just keep doing it over and over again and it’s becoming an issue . TIA

I think the option to reschedule online should be removed. If they reschedule, they have to contact the salon in order to find the correct spot. This will remove any surprises, or people trying to reschedule an hour before close and they have a four hour appointment!

it would be great if there were an automated limit to the reschedules. For example, when a client reschedules themselves online, they will get a notification / alert that they have 1 reschedule left before their deposit is forfeited, or 2 more reschedules left being forfeiting deposit so they can plan their appointment more carefully.

We don't send the reschedule appointment link in emails anymore. So clients can only rearrange via the booking system which for us doesn't allow within 24 hours before their appointment, which are our deposit / cancellation rules.
