Start-up and shut-down times to be set for the whole business, not on a service-by-service basis.

We don't want any service booked that will run into the last 15 mins before closing; for example, no booking a spray tan to start at 5.45pm and a one-hour facial would have to start 75 mins before closing.

Rather than going in and adding this to every individual service, it would be good if that could be set across all services.
