Splitting Appointments

I wish this feature were smarter.
There are some treatments we would not like to split, like waxing, so customers do not have to get dressed or change room/ therapist.
A client will request a therapist online for their wax, but it still splits the appointment, as it does not recognise the request for the whole treatment?
I've also notice unnecessary splitting. Today, two different clients booked in for two treatments each and the online system split the appointment even though it could have all gone with one therapist (one therapist should be default surely?) so they had a soak off with one therapist then new nail with another, when if one therapist had the whole appointment, there's no messing around or changing.
I see the benefits of splitting some appointments when it is busy, or clients want a lot done but wish there could be more booking rules to make it work smarter.
