It would be amazing if we could approve an appointment first before a client is able to schedule online.

I wish there was a way the service provider could be messaged PRIOR to the client booking the appointment online. An sms should be sent to the provider, so they can double check the appointment is done accurately as to lessen the likelihood of mistakes being made

In Vagaro we had to approve the online booking before it was added to our schedules. That way we knew we had enough time for that specific individual.

I would love to see the option for certain services to require appointment approval. I see that you can turn off online booking and then have guests request services, I would like to be able to do this for specific services or categories.

It would be great if when a client is booking an appt online is sent to us as a request or for approval before it’s booked. I find clients don’t always book themselves for the proper services and it can mess up your day/timing. There are a couple systems that use this function and I think it’s super helpful!

When an online booking is trying to be made with a stylist, we should be able to accept or reject it and have a way to communicate with the person booking. Many times services get booked online and can be booked taking up too much time or not enough.

We allow our clients to book color services online. But if there was a way to force the appointments to get "approval" before it's confirmed by our receptionist or at least a push notification on the desktop that an appointment was made online, that would be great. This way for the clients who don't leave a note, they can be called so they are booked for the right service and we can guarantee clients are getting what they want and stylists know what is happening
