Show Only Available Days
M
Mats Kellerman
We are very fully booked. Sometimes up to 3 weeks ahead. It's so difficult for our clients to find a free time. The following would make it so much easier for them:
- Show only days where there is available times. its useless for the client to see a lots of dates where there are no times available. It's so sad that this isn't the case in the new app.
- Have two search options. Find next available time where all selected treatments can be booked. (If more than 1 is selected). And as an alternative: Find next available time where one of the tretments can be booked.

Make the Choose date more obvious

When viewing a staff members week on online booking - Many of our clients miss the choose date button at the top right-hand corner to view upcoming weeks availability. Is there any way to make this more obvious?

Small improvement for browsing through the days

Possible improvement to flow for when OB flow is being redesigned.
When booking an appointment online, the first screen which shows availability over the next 7 days, which is good. If booking further into the future, the user picks the day from the calendar and it shows that day. If they then want to browse availability for different days, they need to go back to the calendar and pick a new day.
Maybe previous day, next day navigation would help stop them going back, and let them browse the days more easily.

Clients are missing the month view toggle and think they can only book within a 30 day period. I think it might be easier to use with a calendar button instead of the toggle switch

show „monthly view“ at the end of the available time slots as well

Currently the monthly view is only visible on the top right. When booking an appointment the customer is presented the availability of the next couple days. We are fully booked arround 2 months in advance so the main view with the next couple of days is pretty much empty. When the customer reaches the end of the page they dont see any possibility to go further and see other available dates. Why dont you add the monthly view tab there as well?
the UX/UI is ages behind your competitors.

Thank you, Colm. We'll consider this in the redesign.

At present online booking runs from staff rosters on Phorest’s central staff roster, sometimes we only want to make a stylist/beautician available to be booked online at certain times and days- for example if we need a stylist/beautician to take in more colour/brow/lash work or do a special offer only in a certain time block-we might put up a post saying - stylist X has a slot free at 1pm for highlights - which is 1hr long - so we want to get the higher value appt in for that hr to book it out rather than say a lesser Value service like blowdry for 40 mins -but it’s only an all or nothing flick of a button to make them available on line or-not- as there is no ioption to make only certain time slots available on line-or may want to keep the morning free for walk ins and take online booking in afternoon only but- as there will be no bookings in the column on appointment calendar - it allows any available time slots on Phorest roster to be booked on line - could there be a toggle button to make certain times/days available on line only even if there column is empty?? Might only want to make available on line certain days in week when it’s quieter but not weekends when there’s plenty walk in to increase takings?

This would be amazing! It's true, clients get so upset to have to go through days and days to find an available slot. Great idea!

All our clients just now all rised up, and in choir they are singing: WE LOVE YOU PHOREST!
