Send salon an email if an online booking is not completed

When online bookings done complete an email should generate to the salon with the clients details so we can contact them and assist in the booking.
Clients should be prompted to call the salon directly if they have difficulty booking.

It would be so beneficial to receive a notification when someone is trying to make a online booking, so we could reach out to them if the booking doesn't go though

We have come across from Timely and something that worked really well is that we would get an email notification if someone's booking expired because they didn't enter their details in time and complete the booking. We contacted the clients when we received this notification and found most of the time the booking expired because they didn't have their credit cards on them to complete the booking. it would be really good if you could have this at Phorest as it allowed us to see who was interested in booking in and follow up with them.

I would LOVE to receive the details of failed online bookings. Even just an email so that we have the opportunity to call/ text the clients in addition to the automated email they receive.

We NEED to receive an email when a client doesn't finish the online booking. We want the opportunity to follow up with them personally to maximise bookings.
I used to have this feature when I was with Timely and it was so useful!

I have a webshop where the owner is notified of abandoned shopping carts. We always reach out to the prospective customer where they have failed to complete the check out process and very often this results in a sale.
I feel sure that a similar feature would be very productive for us in salon
