I’d like to stop particular clients booking with certain staff.

Be able to toggle selected services on or off for online booking so you dont have to completely disable the service off of the providers menu. Also being able to toggle staff members off and on the online booking screen so not every staff member is available.

Often we have newer staff in training or veterans that we don't want new clients to be able to book online with, BUT we want the existing clients to be able to book with them. Suggest you make it where we can choose for each staff member wheather anyone can book them or only those clients who already have a prefered staff member listed in their client card. This should be added under Manager-staff-settings. Thank you.

t’s great that there’s an option to stop new clients from booking, but it would also be really helpful to have a setting that prevents existing clients from booking with staff they haven’t visited before.

Should be able to ban certain clients from booking with some therapists.

We need the ability to allow a independent renter to use online booking but set it to "not accepting new clients" and only show them as an option to existing clients. I have a hybrid salon and some commission go rental. It would be nice to keep them on phorest for the ease of the guest transition but not to take walk ins away from the commission staff. Also on that note, the ability to have separate bank accounts for independents.

It would be great if you could restrict clients booking in with you.

For example, I don't want any more new clients. I want my team to grow their client base. At the moment I can restrict new clients booking in with me online, but I can't restrict other stylists returning clients booking in with me. It would be good if I could restrict it to only my returning clients can book with me.

I would love to set booking rule for new clients that limit who they can book with online to our newer staff so established stylist will not be an option for certain services. Like our assistant is able to do cuts and finishes but not high lighting. New clients should go to her first for the services she is qualified for but to a senior staff member for other services. Or master Stylist can only be booked online for established clients. New clients would need to call to book with them.
