Having the availability to tun on/off blocks of time from online bookings or only offering time that utilize the schedule the best. We are struggling with large gaps in our days due to online bookings. If we/Phorest could restrict what available on the online scheulde it will help to book up times that make sense.
When our guests log in and see so much availability it looses the urgency with booking. If there was a way we could control it a bit more so that it doesn't give a million options for booking and only show those times that make sense for our books. As they the spots book up then other times can open up as the day gets booked.
Hopefully that makes sense.

I would just put a break on your days during the times that you want unavailable for online booking, and just let the front desk know or label the break “book morning first” or “book if needed” we do this all the time and it doesn’t over complicate things!

Emily Moriarty we do this already but it would be nice to have online booking work more seamlessly with what’s already booked. It should offer times that make sense not just a long list of times available. It also makes us look like we aren’t busy. So if it showed selected times that book tight with previously booked appointments not only would it help eliminate extra gaps it would also give client more of a sense of urgency to Prebook if they want a certain times. 🤷‍♀
