Our other system had a tab where we could select if a guest "required acceptance" when booking online that popped up on our end to show they wanted to book a specific service on a certian day and said "Pending" so the guest also knew it wasnt confirmed yet. We had pop up notes on that guest telling us if they needed extra time due to a lot of hair etc so we could make sure we could adjust to the allotted time frame they would need or we could book them in another spot that allowed for that service.
