Remove the Online Booking confirmation email

At the moment, we send end-clients a Confirmation email when they book online (image attached).
We also have the Confirmation Email/SMS feature in Phorest.
If that feature is enabled then clients who book online receive 2 confirmation emails, which is excessive.
We should take some of the features from the OB Confirmation email, like staff profile picture, the "left to pay at appointment" amount, and the 'My Booking History' link, and allow them to be added to the Confirmation Email feature within Phorest. Then remove the OB Confirmation entirely.

Nice one! This comes more and more often. What creates big problems is the OB link through which the clients can cancel/rebook bookings even if they are blocked from the OB. It would be much better if clients can set up their own confirmation emails. Possibly the OB confirmation can be removed.
