At the moment, we send end-clients a Confirmation email when they book online (image attached).
We also have the Confirmation Email/SMS feature in Phorest.
If that feature is enabled then clients who book online receive 2 confirmation emails, which is excessive.
We should take some of the features from the OB Confirmation email, like staff profile picture, the "left to pay at appointment" amount, and the 'My Booking History' link, and allow them to be added to the Confirmation Email feature within Phorest. Then remove the OB Confirmation entirely.
