Record of history when client books online but cancels appt same day

We had a client than booked online, then deleted their booking a minute later. Two days later she made the booking again. Client rang to query why two payments had come out. Had to explain that refunds take longer to reach her account. The problem came when no record of payment refund showed in phorest pay, or on sales, or on appt history. Really think it would be best if it did as we could find out and explain her query quicker
