Rebooking does not work properly atm e.g. all services that a consumer paid for, will show to be rebookable.
If the salon made certain service not online bookable, the whole appointment is not bookable. We don't even allow rebooking parts of it.
Phorest also tries to rebook with the exact same staff. If one of the staff members left the salon - no way to rebook.
We need more flexibility to drive rebookings for consumers and salons.

Sonja Lorscheidt: A bit related that you may find interesting! We're going to use the client reconnect / rebooking sms booking pattern logic in the browser so when staff go to rebook we can bring them to the date the client would normally rebook for to save them having to think about it. (while also telling them we're doing that, e.g. Mary normally books every 6 weeks, we bring them to that date and show slots available with either the same staff or other qualified staff where appropriate)
