Rebooking does not work properly atm e.g. all services that a consumer paid for, will show to be rebookable.
If the salon made certain service not online bookable, the whole appointment is not bookable. We don't even allow rebooking parts of it.
Phorest also tries to rebook with the exact same staff. If one of the staff members left the salon - no way to rebook.
We need more flexibility to drive rebookings for consumers and salons.
