Reason For Cancellation

It would be very beneficial to have reasons why the clients cancel their appointments with us.
It could be a quick 4 option when cancelling that they can select to let us know

So in our old booking system, when a patient cancelled it would ask the patient WHY, then we was notified as sometimes it’s a simple ‘I just wanted to move it slightly and couldn’t or they changed their mind’.
However, now we don’t know why they have cancelled or easily see from a list who has cancelled, it’s difficult to follow these people up to get rebooked (or leave alone for longer if a bereavement/ holiday ect)
Please add a feature to make the patient say WHY they cancelled please!
Also waitlist? Seeing a lot about this but do not have this feature and really want it!
Like everyone else is saying, a cancellation list alongside a waitlist would help us to manage getting appointments filled.

Es wäre gut, wenn man die Begründung einer Absage über das Online-Portal zur Pflicht machen könnte. Aktuell können Kunden ohne Angabe von Gründen stornieren. Das möchte ich nicht

Wenn der Kunde einen Termin online storniert , wäre es cool, wenn dieser dafür auch einen Grund nennen müsste.
