At the moment if any banned clients would like to use the online booking platform the system is showing error 403 message which is not means anything, seems more likely the system has some technical issue... :( This is not the proper voice of communication.

If we ban any client has to be displayed a polite but transparent message:

We are regret to inform you that looks like your online profile has been restricted due to some reasons.. Please keep in touch with the salon team for more information.
