Please include padding time before/after treatments, that aren't available to be seen by the customer. Eg. a back massage is 30mins, but we would like to add 5 min before and after treatment to set up/clean down. At the moment, I have the massage set up for 40mins, shown as 30mins online booking, but the start time the clients think is eg, 3pm, but we do not start until 5mins later after setting up, and clients think we are late. Timley offer this feature, and works great! ALSO - to add, by adding this feature, rather than the whole block showing as 40mins, staff can see excactly how long the treatment is - some treatments need longer set up time/clean down etc. So we currently have to look at our service menu to double check how ling exactly the treatment is.
