We take a 60% deposit for online appointments but some clients want to pay in full before they come. our old computer system allowed clients to pay the balance in advance of their appointment. Please can you add this faciality.

I have never understood why clients are not given the option to pay in full when completing a booking online. Many would like to & it would make it much easier, when they are making a booking for someone else & paying.

I do believe you can customise deposit right up to 100 %in services section I have this in place for lower value services

While it's not currently possible allow clients the option of paying in full or paying the remainder on the day, it is possible to set a different deposit for individual services.
So, in the case where you have a small remaining amount after the deposit for some services, you could set the deposit amount to 100% for those services only.
