Online booking system notifications in appointment screen

Aside from getting the salon owner getting the online bookings, cancellations or confirmations from guests, it would be nice if their was a notification within the system. Similar to a message board that my receptionist can check to see what has changed for the week, etc. Or, perhaps there is a pop up that appears when a change is made by a client versus a staff member.

I would like something on the Phorest Desktop to alert the front desk when online appointments are made. They need to be verified and this would be a quicker way to be alerted than opening email.

I'd love to be able to receive a notification or a dash board that shows online bookings that have been made that day so I can keep a track of new bookings coming through and to find these easier than emails coming through through the day.

Totally agree with this feature, real time notifications that either pop up / flash or show up in bold text and different colour. We often miss online bookings that are made on the day until the client turns up

Yes! We had this with our previous software and we get 40 or so online bookings a day, we go through all of them to make notes on and look for issues or special requests and our email is out of control now!

Yes I had this with shortcuts all new bookings were highlighted a different colour until we confirmed the booking.

Agreed, as we verify all online bookings to ensure everything is correct and that skin testing has been completed and in-date

And a report for all appointments booked online with booking details. We should be able to download that daily as our checklist instead of worrying about who opened an email, and if they took care of it before that email was discarded. Right now you can only see how many people booked online as units. We need details.
