Online Booking "Person 2"

If someone is booking another person to come in under their profile, it would be ideal to have that person's information under a new client profile to begin with. We are always unsure who is coming in, if they are a new client, and put on a time crunch to get their info added once they arrive versus before they come in.

We need the client to add names and email not just person 2, having this will prevent these clients signing up for referral vouchers when they are not new customers.

Group bookings online - it would be great if it was possible to add the client was able to add details for Person 2, Person 3 etc at the time of booking if they wish. This way a consultation form can be sent in advance to that client as we have the email address recorded :)

Is there a way to limit the number of guests in an online group booking in addition to requiring names and contact information? Because we have a separate policy and also charge an additional "administrative fee" per person over 5 people in a group, require one payment, and an automatic tip for groups, we book them only with our spa director or owner and have the coordinator complete a contract to protect us against a late cancel, no-show, or other issue that frequently arises with groups. I agree with the others as well, and the liability concerns of not having the name and information to pre-send a form to guests. We require all group guests to have a form completed in advance, and this also lets us know if we need to contact a group member who is not appropriate for the spa or the therapist they have booked on (i.e. a small child, a teenage girl booked on a male massage therapist, someone who's pre-existing conditions would make their service inappropriate) Thank you!

Better booking process for 2 or more people

At the moment for bookings for more than 2 people we are potentially setting ourselves up for insurance/legal non compliance for not being able to capture the 2nd, 3rd, 4th & so on...contact details in order to send them a consult form before they arrive for their bookings.
Or at the very least have a seperate consult form automated to send out to the key booker to pass a link onto the other people in the group.
Something like this...
Booking multiple guests
We accept bookings for groups of up to 6 people. I would like to book an appointment for 2 - 6 Guests. You then need to enter the details and Services for each guest, and you can tick the box to copy the Services from Guest 1 if you are all wanting the same experience. If your booking isn’t showing availability it is because your requested number of timeslots is not available at that time.
I realise that Phorest is more set up for hair salons or single person beauty treatment. But we signed up for Phorest because we were told that group bookings can be done. Yes they can be done, but it is not a good experience for the end user or teh admin staff at all.
And we are also potentially making ourselves more at risk due to the clunkiness and manual process of the client consult process - the 2nd, 3rd etc...aren't receiving consult forms. So come check in time it can get very clogged up and stressful for all concerned.

can a name be forced to be put in for person 2 or person 3. only gets name of 1st person. do not like not having their name. Makes it not so personal.

THIS, I found phorest to be a challenge when switching from Mangomint, the only comparison on the upside was the integration to your "shop", it integrates with the inventory.

This!!!! Also, when they are members of the same family booking together, I have to pick one to get all the points. It would be nice to have an option to put clients together as a family unit, had it in my previous booking system. And they all earn points separately because sometimes they come in individually.

Yes this would be great, it needs to have a name.
And it also needs to let the first person who books pick their name if they have family that also use the salon with the same email… Phorest just picks whoever it wants who uses that email rather than the name the client has put in.

Yes this would be great, seems strange not to put the names of others in the group
