Our clients are having an extremely hard time booking multiple services online properly. Based on availability, the system is always automatically giving the clients the option to book haircuts before color. We need a way to have more booking rules to not give this as an option.

We actually have our online booking services set up as packages, which has helped with this. For example, clients can choose a Full Colour + Blowout or Full Colour + Haircut, and it automatically books everything in the order we need. We do the same with highlights — Full Head Foils + Tone + Blowout, or Full Head Foils + Tone + Haircut. It might be a good solution in the meantime until there are more booking rules available.
