online booking home page change - not user friendly

we have had many complaints from clients about the online booking update.
we now have a "make a request button" "book a course button" & "buy a voucher button"
it is not clear to the client where to navigate to make their bookings.
we need a "book appointment" or a "Book Here" or a "pick a date/time" button
its not clear that you have to go to the tiny "my appointments tab in the top right of the screen" to book.
you also cannot add an additional appointment if you click on "rebook"
this needs addressing asap - as this is putting people off booking online.

Custome fees like a "spa fee" need to be added into the price on online booking. Or no prices option for the online booking. booking

I almost moved to another service, because their online bookings were so much better. Easier to navigate, and more intuitive.
