Online booking - for new clients and specific services

I need to restrict new clients from booking certain services with specific staff members.
For example, I’m no longer accepting new clients for eye or eyebrow treatments, but I’m still providing these services to my existing clients. I want to ensure that existing clients can continue to book online, but prevent new clients - those I haven’t treated before - from booking these specific services.

This kind of exists already under the staff profile. Choose a staff member, go to Settings. Once you make them available for online booking, it asks if you want them Available for Everyone, or Available for Returning Clients only. That being said, it's specific to the technician and is all or nothing. You can't edit it by individual services.
