On line bookings should have a box in the side bar with alerts and new number - every time you get a booking you get a clear alert and the number changes in the side bar

The announcement page should have more space to inform clients of all of the Salon’s booking rules so that there are no surprises on the day

I find the current system a night mare

You’re constantly trying to understand when a new client was booked in and who they are it’s bloody time-consuming. We’ve never had so many issues.

There’s no responsibility to the client

Clients are booking appointments showing up on the day asking for something different

There’s no safety net for the salon

Phorest gives too much power to the clients

I think this online feature is urgent

And it would benefit every single Salon to know when your clients are booked in and what they’re booked in for whether they’ve booked the right service
