Hi team, We would love a setting that only allowed clients to see the times available straight after another appointment or directly before the next appointment. We are constantly having to contact our clients to make better use of our booking availability to fit in more appointments. It is quite time consuming for reception and also can come across as unorganised or unprofessional if we are doing this to clients frequently.

They told us they did this when we signed up - it doesn’t seem to work though with clients being able to book appointments right in the middle of say 2 hour gaps (for a 30 min treatment for example) :(

I'm almost positive this is already a thing. There's an option "minimum gap time" which should cover this https://support.phorest.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016262000-What-do-each-of-the-Online-Booking-settings-do#01FW458BKZ5MYB9DYC9F9VZ8ND
At our spa, I need the opposite. I need to create a 15-minute gap to have a tech break when certain services are booked and I can't figure out how to do that.

Same for us, I’ve suggested this many times to Phorest. We still have to call lots of clients to close gaps
