D.O.B would be good also. Some treatments cant be preformed unless you are of certain age.

Agreed! A client profile in OB would be great. Less work for salon owners, and is pretty standard with online profiles in general. Would also probably see more information being populated in the 'where did you hear about us' and 'Referred by' fields if it was possible for clients to update the info themselves.
Be great if they could also update their email address/phone number through OB.
