Limiting who can receive new clients

I would like to be able to turn off new clients from booking with stylists that have been with our salon for a long period of time through our online booking portal/app. This is not fair to our new staff members that are trying to build their clientele while we have others that are established and receiving new clients they do not need.

Yes! This idea has been posted time and time again and it is very annoying that it hasn’t been added yet. I’ve seen a post from over 5 years ago with 300+ votes and it still is t implemented😡
This and booking order are my two biggest issues. I want to be able to control who gets new clients and how they are assigned. We have a thorough vetting process that is based on education attendance and KPI’s. We can only do so much in house with reception because the majority of our bookings are made online or via a VA and Phorest just randomly assigns the clients to stylists. Very annoying.

I have the same problem and have already had this idea. I like that very much! Why should I serve new customers if it means I no longer have time for my regular customers?

I disagree. If a stylist is busy enough, this wouldn’t be a issue.

That would be a great feature!

Agreed. We had to make new services specifically for nee clients and had to then shut off those services manually for those who can’t take new people. It’s very annoying
