Keeping appointments tight when booking online

It would be great if the system could keep appointments tight and don’t allow clients to book small treatments in the middle of an hour , preventing a larger treatment not been able to book on line. I just find I’m having a-lot of 15 minute gaps. Then we have to ring the clients to move, so we can fit another treatment in.

Thank you all for your feedback.
This functionality is now available in Manager > Settings > Online > Booking Rules > Smart booking.
This means that online times are only suggested next to an existing booking, at the start or end of a shift, or around a designated break. This setting applies to all staff members bookable online.

have the option to make online appointments that only show times directly after or before another appointment. I find clients keep booking online in the middle of my diary.

Clients should NOT be able to move same day appointments. I have found that they move it to an awkward time to suit them and I end up not having room to fit more clients. Aka smart booking where I’m not able to utilize 100% of my book.

Hi Pauline,
This setting will help remove those little blocks, but it will limit the slots returned for your clients.
