Hint to reschedule when cancelling online

I have multiple clients cancelling their appointment to book again within minuets. Therefor more card fees as there deposit for the one appointment gets refunded then and extra payment taken… please can a box pop up and say are you sure you want to cancel - reschedule here…

Yes this would be fantastic and also the option to reshedule with a different staff member

I mainly see this because they want to remove one item from their appointment and the only way to do this online is to cancel the whole lot and rebook again.

Agreed online this is a little frustrating; we see many clients cancel then rebook.
