For online booking, when a client selects “no preference“ the system randomizes stylist selection by availability.

This is problematic for salons that book based on seniority. Manually reassigning the client creates a whole different problem. Salons should be able to control the order stylists are booked even when a client selects “no preference”.

I would like to be able to establish a booking order for my staff, when clients utilize online bookings. If "no preference" is chosen, I would like there to be a priority list that I could set so that random bookings will be first booked with specific stylists.

We have noticed that the system will randomly sort online booking clients who have no preference for a service provider. Is there a way to change the sorting so that people who have less clients for the day will have priority in the no preference/request clients instead of the system randomly sorting the clients when multiple stylists are available?

I think online booking needs to practice “smart booking” where if the client chooses the no preference option of service provider that it would go to the first available person with seniority instead of randomly being thrown on someone else’s book.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the “No Preference” booking option.

In a previous booking system I used, when a client selected “No Preference”, bookings were prioritized based on the order of staff in the schedule column. This allowed me to intentionally manage booking flow while keeping staff at the same level equally visible.

Currently, I have two staff members at the same service level. I’ve noticed that “No Preference” bookings tend to assign to the newest staff member or the staff member with lower revenue, regardless of schedule order.

I would love the option to customize or manage the priority order for “No Preference” bookings.

For example, allowing Staff A to be prioritized before Staff G when a client selects “No Preference.”

This type of flexibility would be very helpful for managing client distribution and overall business goals.

When a client books online and does not specify a provider, It needs to book the appointment by seniority. Ie., We have three estheticians open and available (on desktop they are in order by seniority, senior on left and juniors to the right) yet when a client books online, it oftentimes books them with a junior staffer (no price difference for junior vs senior) when a senior staffer has the same time slot open and available! This is super frustrating PLEASE FIX ASAP

Default therapist when booking online. List your therapist in order of who you want busy first. ie not the manager when they have other things to do. make this different for each treatment as therapists may specalise.

Having the staff list reset to alphabetical after a new staff member is added is frustrating. It adds to the frustration that the staff members that are NOT available for online booking are still on the list when we have to reorder it. Am I missing something?
