For clients to be able to remove/cancel a single treatment when they have several separate treatments booked in on same day.

on the app clients cannot remove/cancel a particular treatment when they are booked in for more than 1 thing on the same day. They have to cancel the whole appointment and rebook which seems unnecessary. There should be a tick box to have the option to remove separate treatments. E.g. some clients may not need a gel removal anymore but they cant cancel it they have to cancel the whole appointment.

I agree. Our clients love the app, but find it frustrating that they have to contact us when they just want to change a single appointment
