When someone new books online for any service, it automatically adds 15 minutes to that appointment. That helps as they need to sign paperwork, use the bathroom and often talk longer before the treatments since it is the first time here. They are also often late on their first appointment ,so a bit more time added to the appointment will help prevent us going over the allotted time and making our next appointment late.
