Email clients when a booking is not completed for example when booking online the clients payment is sometimes declined or not processed they call thinking they’re booked but it’s not and their payment is pending they always think this is taken. I then have to go into stripe transactions to see if the payment has completed and my staff don’t have access to stripe so if I’m not there it’s difficult there needs to be a way to see on the client account payment declined or a email sent to client saying it’s declined or not processed and is pending but will be returned to their banks
