I’d like to stop particular clients booking with certain staff.

It would be extremely helpful if we were able to customize to allow only referral only, existing clients only, etc. customized for each stylist when online booking. It would save us a lot of headaches, and it is really awkward to call a new client and tell them that their stylist isn’t actually taking new clients, and that they need to change their appointment.

Having the option to disable the display of therapist names would be another useful addition.
Therefore, customers would book with the salon for a treatment, not with a particular particular member of staff.
Some salons function in this way and presently the Phorest online booking platform does not support this alterative business model.

Totally agree ! Would be super helpful for us as well. Not all staff are happy to work on male / female / non binary and I want to respect my staff and our clients. Equally some staff just doesn’t want to work on “karen “ and other staff don’t mind.

Phorest Product: what they have suggested below as well as limiting male /female. Some staff members are only seeing female guests due to religious reasons and/or past trauma. So having a option for this would be really helpful as well and then being able to restrict individuals as well would be helpful.

And also have a “pecking order” that we choose the order that the therapists are allocated to new clients for online bookings
