With our new salon policy, we would like the deposits taken to not be automatically refunded if it is cancelled in less then the cancellation policy time ours being 48hrs.
Also for the deposits to be none refundable and have to be used in a 3 month time frame if they change it. As some clients constantly keep changing appointments as having an online booking system makes this easy.
I know lots of self employed people that do these policy's as it's easy to track them in a one man band, so i feel as a salon i get penalized for not being able to do this through a paid for booking system.
