absolutely! We have clients that bring in their parents, children, partners. forever switching clients names or they are changing names on consent forms to who the booking should be for, submitting it, we notice, change name and send back correct client info/consent form. Or once name has changed clients then calling up for reminders and appointment details because it is no longer under their account name for them to see (if its their child etc)

YES!!!! I am constantly going in to change the name to reflect the correct family member. It’s frustrating for the clients as well
