THERE REALLY NEEDS TO BE A CLEAR AND CONCISE NOTIFICATION OF THE COMPLETION PROCESS FOR ONLINE BOOKING. WE HAVE HAD MORE PEOPLE COMING IN WITH APPOINTMENTS THAT THEY HAVE BOOKED ONLINE AND THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE PROCESS. THEY ARE NOT HAPPY WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE AN APPOINMENT.

I have bought this up before! Clients are taken to confirm the deposit but don't return to confirm the booking so they aren't booked in but think they are and sometimes see a pending transaction because it's been tried so that even makes them think they are. And if this happens why don't they get an abandoned cart email or a notification the appointment was not completed.
